Product Parameters:
1. Machine Overview
The 12036E exists for the heaviest structural tube work: large-diameter, thick-walled stock that ordinary loaders cannot stage. Its conveyor-and-support feeding system carries 1,500 kg of raw tube and handles single bars up to 600 kg, feeding multiple batches of the same profile automatically so the machine cuts continuously without manual staging. Series hardware — 80 rpm / 0.8 G chuck, 20–45 mm tail waste, cross-mounted dust-proof rails on the welded, annealed bed — carries over; the 12,000 W source has no published cutting chart, and capability is quoted per application.
2. Key Advantages
- 1,500 kg / 600 kg heavy-load auto feeding — the defining feature of the E series.
- Multi-batch automatic feeding — same-profile lots run unmanned between loads.
- 12,000 W power class for heavy-wall structural tube.
- Φ20–360 mm clamping range; 20–45 mm tail waste.
- 600 °C annealed welded bed with reinforced rib-and-tube construction.
3. Welded, Stress-Relieved Machine Bed
Welded plate-and-tube construction with multiple reinforced rib plates tying the longitudinal and cross members together, stress-relieved at 600 °C for 4.5 hours with furnace cooling, then rough- and finish-machined. The reinforced frame carries the inertia of 600 kg bars without transmitting distortion into the cutting axis.
4. Heavy-Load Automatic Feeding System
The feeding system combines a conveyor chain with powered tube supports, rated at 1,500 kg total and 600 kg for a single tube. It stages multiple batches of the same profile automatically: bars advance, are centered and clamped, and the machine keeps cutting across batches — the labor saving is the point of the E configuration.
5. Cutting Performance
The manufacturer does not publish a 12,000 W cutting chart for the 12036E. Cutting capability (material, thickness, speed) is quoted per application against your drawings — full 12,000 W cutting charts and process validation are available on request.
6. Power, Cooling and Gas Supply
Power, cooling-water and assist-gas requirements follow the heavy-series specification; site preparation details are provided with the quotation. Full utility requirements available on request.
