1. Machine Overview

The G52 series extends the heavy platform beyond the GT36’s Φ360 mm limit to Φ520 mm — the diameter class of large structural sections, casings and heavy profile work. The 12052C carries the heavy-series architecture: conveyor-chain feeding with powered supports, multi-batch automatic operation, 80 rpm / 0.8 G chuck, 20–45 mm tail waste and the reinforced, annealed welded bed. As with all 12,000 W models, no cutting chart is published; capability is quoted per application.

2. Key Advantages

  • Φ520 mm ultra-large tube capacity — the biggest clamping range in the Gelian line.
  • 12,000 W source sized for heavy-wall cutting at large diameters.
  • 1,500 kg / 600 kg auto feeding with multi-batch operation.
  • 20–45 mm tail waste on the biggest stock.
  • Reinforced rib-plate welded bed, 600 °C annealed.

3. Welded, Stress-Relieved Machine Bed

Welded plate-and-tube construction with multiple reinforced rib plates tying longitudinal and cross members together, stress-relieved at 600 °C for 4.5 hours with furnace cooling, then rough- and finish-machined. At Φ520 mm the bed carries serious rotational inertia; the reinforced, stabilized frame keeps the cutting axis true.

4. Heavy-Load Automatic Feeding System

The conveyor-chain feeding system with powered tube supports is rated at 1,500 kg total and 600 kg per tube, staging multiple batches of the same profile automatically. Ultra-large bars flow to the chuck without crane handling between cuts.

5. Cutting Performance

The manufacturer does not publish a 12,000 W cutting chart for the G52 series. Cutting capability (material, thickness, speed) is quoted per application against your drawings — full 12,000 W cutting charts and process validation are available on request.

6. Power, Cooling and Gas Supply

Power, cooling-water and assist-gas requirements follow the heavy-series specification; site preparation details are provided with the quotation. Full utility requirements available on request.
