1. Machine Overview

The 9036B is the 90-series large-platform model of the G36 line, built for fabricators running long structural tube in volume. It combines the 6,000 W source with the family’s 80 rpm / 0.8 G chuck, 20–45 mm tail-waste control via two-chuck motor avoidance, and cross-mounted high-rigidity dust-proof guide rails, all carried on a welded, annealed bed with a side-hung cutting structure and integrated automatic loading machine.

2. Key Advantages

  • 6,000 W source — carbon steel to 30 mm, stainless to 25 mm, aluminum to 25 mm.
  • 9 m large platform — long-bar tube processing with fewer re-loads.
  • Five-tube continuous loading, 35–45 s cycle.
  • 20–45 mm tail waste — two-chuck motor avoidance trims end scrap.
  • RMB 30–35/h running cost.

3. Welded, Stress-Relieved Machine Bed

The bed is welded from plate and tube stock, stress-relieved in a 600 °C annealing furnace held 4.5 hours and cooled with the furnace, then rough- and finish-machined in sequence. The two-stage machining on stabilized steel preserves rail and rack alignment through years of heavy loading.

4. Automatic Loading on the Side-Hung Structure

The side-hung (cantilever) cutting structure is integrated with the automatic loading machine. The semi-automatic loader feeds five tubes continuously on a 35–45 s cycle, so the machine spends its time cutting rather than waiting for the operator to stage the next bar.

5. Cutting Performance

Published 6,000 W process parameters (speeds in m/min; for 1–4 mm carbon steel the first figure is oxygen and the second air; oxygen is marked from 14 mm on the source chart):

Aluminum assist gas is not tagged on the source 6,000 W chart (nitrogen shown per the 3,000 W data). Dual carbon-steel speeds = oxygen / air; oxygen from 14 mm. Full range: carbon steel 1–30 mm, stainless 1–25 mm, aluminum 1–25 mm, brass 1–16 mm, copper 1–12 mm.
