Product Parameters:
1. Machine Overview
The 12036EY combines the two configurations fabricators of heavy structural tube need most: the E series’ heavy-load feeding system (conveyor chain with powered supports, 1,500 kg total / 600 kg per tube, multi-batch automatic feeding) and rotary bevel cutting for weld preparation. The rest follows the GT36 heavy series — 80 rpm / 0.8 G chuck, 20–45 mm tail waste, dust-proof cross rails on the welded, annealed bed. The 12,000 W source has no published cutting chart; capability is quoted per application.
2. Key Advantages
- Bevel cutting in one setup — weld-prep edges on heavy tube ends and openings.
- 1,500 kg / 600 kg heavy-load auto feeding with multi-batch operation.
- 12,000 W power class for heavy-wall structural tube.
- Φ20–360 mm clamping range; 20–45 mm tail waste.
- Reinforced, annealed welded bed for heavy-stock inertia.
3. Bevel Cutting Capability
The head cuts weld-preparation bevels on tube ends and openings in the same cycle as the contour — on stock up to the machine’s heavy-series limits. One clamping for cutting and beveling avoids re-fixturing 600 kg bars, which is where the single-setup bevel capability pays off most.
4. Welded, Stress-Relieved Machine Bed
Welded plate-and-tube construction with multiple reinforced rib plates tying longitudinal and cross members together, stress-relieved at 600 °C for 4.5 hours with furnace cooling, then rough- and finish-machined. The reinforced frame carries heavy bars without distorting the cutting axis — the precondition for accurate bevels on heavy stock.
5. Heavy-Load Automatic Feeding System
The conveyor-chain feeding system with powered tube supports is rated at 1,500 kg total and 600 kg per single tube, staging multiple batches of the same profile automatically. Beveled parts leave the machine ready for fit-up — no secondary chamfering on heavy stock.
6. Cutting Performance
The manufacturer does not publish a 12,000 W cutting chart for the 12036EY. Cutting and beveling capability is quoted per application — full charts and process validation available on request.
7. Power, Cooling and Gas Supply
Power, cooling-water and assist-gas requirements follow the heavy-series specification; site preparation details are provided with the quotation. Full utility requirements available on request.
